Enforcement & Reporting

DashDate takes swift action against any violations of this policy:

• Immediate account termination for any user found to be involved in child exploitation
• Immediate removal of any prohibited content
• Reporting of CSAM and related activities to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• Cooperation with law enforcement agencies in their investigations
• Preservation of evidence as required by law
